Ask your audience: polls and quizzes
What it is
A poll asks your group or channel a question. Votes can be anonymous or public, people can pick one answer or several, and a quiz marks the right one. Since March 2026 questions and answers can carry media or a location, a poll can have a description and a time limit, voters can add answers, and a quiz can have several right answers.
How to do it

- Type the question and answers; attach media or a location where it helps, and links in answers.
- Pick settings: turn off Anonymous Voting to show who voted, turn on Multiple… Pick settings: turn off Anonymous Voting to show who voted, turn on Multiple Answers, or turn on Quiz Mode and mark the right answer.

- For a quiz of many questions with a timer and explanations, use @QuizBot.

- The time limit is at most 2,628,000 seconds, about a month.
