Show your hours and location

What it is

Telegram can work like the sign on your door. Add your opening hours, and customers see when you work and whether you're open right now. Add your address and a pin on the map, and they know where to find you. Both are Telegram Business features, so they need Premium.

How to do it

1. Open Settings › Telegram Business › Opening Hours.
2. Turn on Show Business Hours.
3. Choose your working days and set the hours for each.
4. Check Time Zone: your hours count in the zone you pick.
5. Go back and open Location.
6. Type your address in Enter Address.
7. To add a pin, tap Set Location on Map and place it on your door.

Watch out

• The address fits 96 characters.
• You can set up to 28 time ranges a week.
• A range can run past midnight, like Sunday 21:00 to Monday 04:00: handy for a bar or a night shift.
• Telegram works out whether you're open now from these hours, so update them before holidays.
• Away messages can go out Outside of Business Hours. That option follows these hours, so set them first.

With Gem
